Notre Dame de La Salette Boys Academy

Dear Parents of prospective students,

We are pleased with your interest in Notre Dame de La Salette Boys Academy, a boarding school of the Society of St. Pius X. The application process opens each year on December 1st at which time you may request an application packet from the office.

This application packet consists of the following:

· Parent form;

· Explanation of costs/tuition enrollment contract;

· Student questionnaire;

· Letter of evaluation from principal/counselor and request for records;

· Recommendation from your pastor.

The entrance examination will be sent separately to your parish priest for administration.

In order for your son to be considered, it is important that you follow the guidelines carefully and complete and return all forms in one packet by March 1st (If necessary, the letters of evaluation and recommendation may be sent separately).

The above-mentioned forms with these three additional items must be returned:

· A $40 nonrefundable application fee (checks/money orders must be in US. Dollars)

· A copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate

· Copies of the applicant's Baptismal and Confirmation Certificates

An application will be considered only when all forms, the fee and the test are received.

Those students who pass the entrance examination and are invited, must make a visit to the Academy with their parents for a personal interview. You will be notified in order to schedule this visit.

If the visit is satisfactory and if your son is admitted, you will be sent the registration packet. The official enrollment of your son will then be contingent upon the Academy's receipt of all the necessary forms and required payment.
